Registration of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether using the same or different identifying information, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of phl88. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
3.4 Jurisdiction. phl88 services are intended for use within the Philippines by Philippine residents and Filipino nationals. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing phl88 is lawful in their jurisdiction. phl88 does not accept registrations from persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. phl88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify phl88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Strict Age Policy: phl88 operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. All registrations are subject to age verification. Players who circumvent this requirement will be permanently banned and their winnings forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
4.1 phl88 is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory and must be completed before withdrawals above ₱50,000 can be processed, and may be required at any time at phl88's discretion.

5.1 All deposits on phl88 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. phl88 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
5.2 phl88 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, Coins.ph, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary at any time.
5.3 GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phl88 Account instantly. Bank transfers and other methods may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing times.
5.4 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Deposits made from accounts not matching the KYC-verified identity of the Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended.
5.5 phl88 reserves the right to impose deposit limits as a responsible gaming measure, and players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through the Account settings.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the phl88 Account. phl88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are as follows (approximate, subject to verification status):

6.5 Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if phl88 has reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Note on Large Withdrawals: Withdrawals above ₱50,000 require completed KYC verification. 7.1 phl88 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for that promotion.
7.2 Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused Bonus Funds expire automatically.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. phl88 monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion with other players, and exploitation of technical errors. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently suspended.
7.4 phl88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
7.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
8.1 All games available on phl88 are provided by licensed third-party gaming software providers. Each game is governed by its own rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding individual game rules before playing.
8.2 phl88 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories for all RNG-based games. Live dealer games use physical gaming equipment operated by trained dealers.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game, the round will be resolved based on the game's internal recovery procedures. phl88 will not be liable for losses caused by technical faults outside our reasonable control, including internet service disruptions on the player's end.

12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.
12.3 phl88 will share player data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities when required by law or as a condition of our operating licence.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phl88 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical faults; losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by player negligence; or losses due to internet connectivity issues outside phl88's control.
13.2 phl88's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms limits phl88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 phl88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phl88 has reasonable grounds to believe the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
14.2 On termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, any Balance consisting of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds where wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited. Real Money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigations, unless forfeiture is required by law or PAGCOR direction.
14.3 Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting phl88 support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect outstanding wagers or pending withdrawal requests.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (Interactive Gaming Act), PAGCOR's regulatory framework, and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the phl88 platform shall first be submitted to phl88 customer support for resolution. If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the primary regulatory authority.
15.3 Unresolved disputes may thereafter be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
16.1 phl88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an earlier effective date is required by law or PAGCOR direction.
16.2 Continued use of the phl88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
